We are from Illinois and Mike made himself available when we came to town to help us for as long as it took. When we were in Illinois he returned our phone calls in a very timely matter if not immediately. Answering all our questions no matter how insignificant they were. He advised us and educated us in our search for the right property. We depended on him immensely and trusted him thoroughly.

My wife and I purchased a Condo with the professional assistance of Mike Tracy. Mike had great knowledge of the property, the current events, and projected projects for the downtown Pensacola development. This knowledge he shared made us comfortable with our decision to purchase. Mike handled a foreclosure sale for me and since he had so much experience in dealing with bank foreclosures we were able to get the transaction done quickly and with no problems. He knew more than any real estate agent I had ever dealt with on investment properties. I plan on using Mike for all my investment real estate transactions.

We have not yet done any negotiations which is why I have not yet entered my stars. I feel he is very knowledgeable. I found him to be very quick to respond to any questions I may have.

Mike Tracy is very knowledgeable about the area. He listens to our wishes and needs and really knows his stuff. It is not beyond him to investigate any issues that we have found at houses he has shown us. We will definitely go to Mike for all of our real estate needs.
